(1) In the course of inspecting a prison in accordance with section 42, 43 or 44, the inspecting officer may give necessary instructions to the prison administrator if any error or weakness is found or if any improvement is found.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned Jail Administrator to comply with the instructions given under sub-section (1).
